· 能夠熟練、準確地使用經緯儀和電子全站儀
· 負責和點之間的距離。
· 準確指示土地標高、產權界線、土地等高線以供開發、劃分土地或許多其他用途。
· 執行從放線到編制竣工測量計畫的所有測量工作。
· 進行施工放線和邊界測量。
· 維護施工放線和邊界測量。
· 維護和儲存活動項目的圖形檔案。
· 使用調查計算機程式繪製現場數據、繪製地圖並準備報告。
· 及時向合約部門提供測量數據，用於進度索賠。
· 收集現場數據，減少現場記錄並進行調查計算。
· 進行準確的測量並記錄準確的土地佈局，以協助製作地圖、圖表或其他文件。
· 準確地執行所有測量活動，從而避免返工。
· 不斷監控和檢查施工工程是否符合測量線和圖面。
· 履行其他相關職責，例如依照上級的要求準備草圖。
· 及時進行所有測量活動，從而避免現場作業的延誤。
· 每月對客戶、顧問進行聯合調查。測量員和分包商。
· 保存測量和校正設備的記錄
· 負責妥善保管所提供的所有測量儀器。
· 實施 ISO 品質系統相關和要求的所有政策、活動程序、指示。

JCD has been involved primarily with earthworks and infrasuctrure and Golf Course Construction project since its inception over 17 years ago whils building construction and engineering works were undertaken by its wholly owned subsidiary JS Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd. Having successefully completed numerous private and government projects with total contract values exceeding RM 400 Million, JCD has established itself as a reliable, efficient and responsible construction compnay, JCD is currently negotiating to secure a number of potential Turnkey and Privatisation projects which are anticipated to commence mid 2005. The strenght of JCD lies in its comitted workforce of 120 staff incuding a team of dedicated and long serving experienced management personnel. JCD boasts a total of 105 units of heavy machineries and Lorries, all of which are continuously been upgraded and maintained while investment in new plant and machineries had always been in JCD'S agenda to meet the ever increasing demand of current and forthcoing projects.

LAND SURVEYOR
· To able to use theodolite and Electronic Total Station skillfully and accurately
· To be responsible and distance between points.
· To accurately indicate land elevations, property lines, land contour for development, to divide land or many other purposes.
· To perform all surveying work from setting out to the preparation of as-built survey plans.
· To perform construction strake-out and boundary surveys.
· To maintain construction strake-out and boundary surveys.
· To maintain and store of drawing files for active projects.
· To Plot field data, using survey computer programs, construct maps and prepare reports.
· To timely provide surveying data to the contract department for progress claims purposes.
· To assemble field data, reduces field notes and makes survey calculations.
· To take accurate measurements and recoding the exact land layout in order to assist in the production of maps, graphs, or other documents.
· To perform all surveying activities in an accurate manner thus avoiding rework.
· To constantly monitoring and checking that construction works conform to the survey lines and drawings.
· To carry out other related duties such as preparing sketches as required by you superior.
· To perform all surveying activities in a timely manner thus avoiding delays in site operations.
· To perform monthly joint surveys the client, consultants. Surveyors and sub- contractors.
· To keep records for surveying and calibration equipment
· To be responsible of the safe keeping of all surveying instruments provided.
· To implement all policies, activities procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the ISO quality system.
