The Role Responsibilities

This role is under Frontline and Business Performance Team which in turn is part of the broader CCIB Business Development Team. The team owns a portfolio of productivity and frontline capability enablement tools, frontline sales processes, management and sales insights engines and recommendation tools as well as coordinate strategic workforce planning.

The incumbent will work closely with the team head on a wide range of initiatives including:

· CRM Process Ownership – Design target state of the core sales processes and prioritisation of deliverables across the modules; work closely with the CRMx Product Owners and the businesses to implement required enhancements on CRM tool (CRMx) as we work towards the target state.

· CRM and Management Reporting - Deliver key commercial insights from the output of the core sales processes to Management; ensure reporting within the system is accurate and validated; maintain data quality and completeness across all modules

· Frontline Engagement and Feedback – Regularly engage with a global panel of RM / ARM representatives to gather feedback, identify pain points and serve as the “voice of frontline” for other stakeholders e.g. COO, Product, Compliance, etc.

· Project-based initiatives – Act on the feedback from frontline to drive change via initiatives for process improvement, filling existing gaps, etc.

Strategy

· Understand CCIB business strategy and the Business Development role in driving the delivery of our client proposition, commercialisation, and frontline effectiveness

Business

· Ensure alignment with the frontline, functional stakeholders, BPMs and BD for the seamless execution of our business strategy.

· Lead the design and documentation of the frontline activities; find the accurate platform to act as a repository of such documentation.

· Identify opportunities to optimise RM processes – driving improved sales effectiveness and organisational efficiency.

· Ensure strong frontline awareness of key operating model changes impacting clients, Relationship Managers, and the broader teams.

The Role Responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to

The Financial Markets Technology function is responsible for the systems development and technology infrastructure which underpin the Bank’s services for Financial Markets clients. Among the investments into the Financial Markets (FM) infrastructure, the Strategic FM re-platforming (SFMRP) programme aims to transition FM businesses and support functions from legacy Trade Processing systems to the strategic Front to Back FM platform. Its current objective is to migrate all Derivatives (excl. Equities) from Murex 2.11 to the strategic FM platform.

This programme supervises the build out the strategic FM platform components for Transaction Processing:

· Blade (User Interface for pricing, execution, booking and post-trade events),

· SABRE STELLA (Trade Life-cycling engine),

· SABRE TDS (Trade Data Services),

· RATAN ONE (One Stop UI for FM Operations),

· CDU PS (Confirmations),

· Razor (Settlements),

· DQSL (Data Query Service Layer) and SSDR (Self-Service User Reporting).

It also covers their integration with the bank’s strategic platforms for traded risk, market risk, counterparty credit risk, Finance, Operations, Regulatory Transaction reporting and all reference and market data golden sources.

The Front to Back Test lead will be responsible for the definition and successful execution of the overall stream level test strategy and execution.

The role entails the following responsibilities:

· Manage and deliver the end-to-end testing programme from local system integration to Group system integration involving multiple onshore and offshore systems across multiple departments / functions

· Manage the User Engagement for the purpose of user acceptance testing and signoff

· Manage the test execution (execution tracking, defect management)

· Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner

· Define Stream level test approach (component test, regression test, integration test, user acceptance test and performance test)

· Define Stream level test governance (roles and responsibilities, communication channels, test tracking and efficiency metrics framework)

The FM CCR BA Team requires a Senior Business Analyst to lead a number of initiatives as part of the Sales Efficiency Program. The deliverable will incorporate business and technology deliverables including system upgrades, business workflows and migrations, risk data and control implementations. JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of the role is to provide Project Management/Business Analysis to the Financial Markets Technology group, looking after the onboarding of new Products for Financial Markets. The role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end onboarding of new products into the FM technology landscape.

SABRE is the sole FM cross asset risk management platform (Standard Chartered Analytics Booking and Risk Engine) and delivers consolidated risks primarily to Structured and Derivatives traders within the Front Office.

This role consists in joining the SABRE project team responsible for onboarding of New FM Products. The team looks after the end-to-end onboarding process, working closely with the Trading desks to configure the products and coordinating the validation, UAT and approvals to trade with all support functions involved.

Joining as a Senior Business Analyst on this initiative, the candidate will take full ownership of products in the pipeline and be responsible for their full delivery till production. He will also contribute to the continuous transformation of the platform and the processes to support faster time-to-market for product onboarding. This includes progression of the Continuous Build/Continuous integration roadmap, both within SABRE and within the Analytics library, as well as process optimization across functions involved.

The job purpose consists in:

· Building strong, effective relationships with both the business and technology teams, across global offices.

· Collaborating with all Front Office and control functions to gather requirements for the new products, solve business problems by proposing relevant, innovative solutions in consultation with the technology teams where required.

Job Summary

This role will report directly to the MD, Head of Business Enablement & Change, TB and matrix to the Transaction Banking COO. The role holder will participate in TB Management Team meetings and be a member of the TB COO Management Team. As a critical role within the TB Business Enablement and Change function, the holder will have full responsibility for supporting the Global Head of Transaction Banking in key business planning, people activity, identifying opportunities for improvement, tracking performance & closure of critical business issues.

The role holder will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the vision of TB, driving and managing key initiatives, leading the Business Management function for TB, and serving as a trusted advisor and liaison for the Global Head of TB.

Responsibilities

Representation for Global Head of Transaction Banking

· Leadership role providing representation for, and acting as an escalation point for the Global Head of Transaction Banking.

· Provide strategic support, coordination and decision facilitation for the Global Head of Transaction Banking.

· Act as key point of contact between the Global Head of Transaction Banking and internal stakeholders (including TBMT members) facilitating engagement, communication, challenge and ensuring alignment.

· Lead the design and delivery of Management Team meetings, ensuring effective meeting agendas, location and facilitation.

The Role Responsibilities
