The Director for Brand, Innovation & Sustainability is responsible for leading Brand Marketing, Innovation and Sustainability initiatives for the region. This position will lead a team of ~5 marketers and work with a cross functional team – including local franchisees, Global Marketing, Global Sustainability, APAC Operations, APAC QA & Food Safety, and the APAC Field Team – to execute RBI’s global and regional marketing priorities in APAC. Additionally, this position will be responsible for working with our local markets to ensure proper execution of our brand standards for each of the RBI Brands, and to support the growth of our iconic brands across the region.

Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing

• Lead Brand Positioning Execution including, project management of regional and global brand initiatives, development and execution of creative and communication frameworks, brand localization projects

Position Purpose:

This role as Assistant Brand Manager of a leading luxury brand will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales, and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Senior Brand Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate, and execute the brand’s CRM, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Responsibilities:

1. Channel & Retail Marketing

• Be the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation partnerships and consumer activations.
• Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.
• Key Role in new POS openings – including boutiques and SIS
• Analyse potential partner relationships for product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.

2. Product Management

• Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with marketing services, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption.
• Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development.
• Implement Door-by-Door Marketing plan (CRM, events and promotions)
• Budget Management: Responsible for full P&L

3. Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)

• Defines the Brand’s local CRM campaign priorities.
• Builds CRM campaign calendar.
• Ensures that customer segmentation remain up to date and relevant for each campaign.
• Develops relevant and engaging brand communications behind the right product mix.
• Master, improve and maximize the usage of customers information (purchase history) in developing relevant marketing program. Defines & executes CRM analytics.
• Strategize, develop and execute CRM programs for the brand.
• Evaluates CRM campaigns against target KPIs and shares learnings.
• Work closely with retailer dotcom to drive e-commerce sales for content, promotion, etc.

 

Requirements:

• Have a tertiary qualification in Business Management, Finance, or relevant specialisation.
• More than 4 years of brand management and/or marketing experience in cosmetics and beauty and/or FMCG industry.
• Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen.
• Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong understanding of the P&L of the business.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join team as a Staff Specialist or Senior Staff Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a generalist workload in both Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing quality care centered and focused around the woman and her family.

Responsibilities:

- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with the Queensland Public Service and the Mackay HHS Values

- Follow defined service quality standards and occupational health and safety policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, safe services, and workplaces

- Provide clinical expertise in both obstetrics and gynaecology for inpatient and ambulatory patients

- Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role modeling behaviors

- Participate in patient safety activities, teaching and supervision, clinical audit, research, committee representation, and complaints management

- Participate in the provision of specialist outreach obstetrics and gynaecology services to smaller health facilities

- Registration with the Medical Board of Australia with Specialist registration in Obstetrics & Gynaecology

- Fellowship or eligibility for Fellowship via the substantial comparability pathway of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist (RANZCOG)

- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current annual practicing certificate

• Working Days: Mondays to Saturdays 9am to 530pm
  *Off on every Sunday & 2 off days each month
• Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,000 + Commission

Key Roles

• Advise and handle all enquiries relating to our products.
• Maintain the showroom in a pristine condition
• Preparation of Sales document, product deliveries and reports.
• Support the Customer Care Department in resolving all customer related queries/requests across our available modes of communication
• Assist Supervisor on any other tasks as instructed

Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales and/or customer service-related role

What do we need from you?

Relevant qualifications in business, accounting or related fields.
CA/CPA accreditation or equivalent is highly regarded
Experience in coordinating and managing project deliverables within Finance
Excellent written, verbal, and relationship building skills with the ability to engage across different levels of management
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in SAP S/4 Hana (FICO Module) highly desirable
