Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts and agreements such as service agreement, collaboration or MOU and other related corporate agreement with clients and vendors to ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory and internal corporate policies. 
• Able to liaise with external lawyer of the ongoing legal proceedings such as negotiating settlements, defending against claims, pursuing claims on behalf of the company and contractual negotiation and provide necessary update to the company.

You will report to the Director/General Manager and will be responsible for leading the team in the proper implementation and management of the office’s projects including:-
