Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Art lesson professionally according to student’s learning objectives
• Plan art-related activities according to company's objectives
• Continual communication and feedback to parents on student’s performance
• Able to handle students of different age group
• Create a conducive environment to enhance learning
• Plan and exhibit artwork to be displayed in art exhibitions
• Demonstrate techniques in activities such as drawing and painting ·
• Understand the versatility of paints: dry brushing, staining, layering, underpainting, monoprinting
• Knows the fundamentals and different approaches to drawing media technique
• Develop and Design specific lesson plans for art learners
• Execute lesson plans according to different learning objectives

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma or degree in fine art or design relevant field
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels
• Excellent people management and teamwork
• Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents
• Able to work on weekends
• Conduct and facilitate art learning
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record and art portfolio
• Strong organisational skills
