Job description:

• Attend to walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and reply to messages through Facebook
• Introduce the company's courses to parents
• Observe children's learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss them with parents
• Address parent and student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide customer service for courses, explain and answer questions for parents
• Arrange appointments with parents and meet them at various centers

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work on weekends
• Must be able to speak Mandarin and English as you will need to communicate with parties that speak these languages
• Good communication skills
• Able to join immediately or on short notice
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organization and management skills (Training will be provided)
• Proficient in MS Office Words & Power Point, Excel
• Able to interact and bond with children
• Patient, meticulous, friendly, gentle, proactive, and creative
• Able to travel within the Selangor/KL area OR Johor Bahru area

Work Schedule:

• Days off on Tuesday & Wednesday

- Basic Salary RM3,000 - RM5,000 ( Depend on experience )
- Commission 2% based on Sales Amount.

Description:

•  Identify new leads, and business opportunities, opening new accounts and expand the client base.
•  Conduct sales calls, preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
• Attend to troubleshoot and techical queries.
•  Preferably experienced in  chemical sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
•  Seek new customers for additional revenue opportunities and increase market share.
•  Generate incremental revenue for sales account.
•  Providing and maintaining excellent customer service by identifying and addressing to the issues timely.

Executive Assistant (Design & Digital Marketing)

Akademi Binaan Malaysia (Wilayah Selatan) is a CIDB Training and Assessment Centre established to provide training, assessment and recognition to personnel in the construction industry.

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant (Design & Digital Marketing). In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of  tasks, including:

• Developing, coordinating and producing design concepts and graphic designs for the organization 's marketing materials.
• Creating graphics and animations for presentations and promotional materials.
• Managing and providing content for the organization 's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:

• A diploma or degree in graphic design/multimedia or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.).
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Experience in video editing and production.
• Strong creativity and ability to develop and deliver design projects.
• Excellent visual and digital communication skills.
• Class D driver 's license.
• A pleasant personality, self-disciplined, polite, neat, efficient and responsible.
