ACCOUNT MANAGER   

The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding the client's needs, and ensuring the successful execution of communication campaigns. This role requires the person to have great project management skills, coordinating with various internal and external teams to deliver high-quality output and maintain client satisfaction. 
 
Key Responsibilities  

• Client Liaison: Address client concerns, serve as a client advocate within the agency, and consistently seek feedback to improve client satisfaction.  
• Campaign Management & Project Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitoring campaign performance, and foster collaboration among teams for successful campaigns. Stay updated on marketing trends and conduct post-campaign assessments to drive improvements aligned with the client's objectives.
• Project Quality Assurance: To review deliverables against scope and to ensure quality of deliverables meet expectation.  
• Budget Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive budget tracking system, offering cost-effective solutions, contingency planning, and transparent communication with client to ensure campaign spending remains within budget constraints.  
• Reporting & Communication: Ensures timely and concise client communication, actively seeks feedback for transparency improvement, conducts regular strategy reviews to align long-term goals.
• Problem Solving: Resolves issues and conflicts, collaborates with clients and teams to prevent root causes, and continually refines the resolution process through feedback, maintaining a positive client-agency relationship by conducting follow-ups and proactive issue tracking.  
• Creative Briefing: Client involvement in the creative process, supports the creative team with style guides, collaborates & organizes brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintains a feedback loop with the creative team, and updates brief templates for streamlined efficiency. 
• Market Research & Industry Knowledge: Keeping informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, conducting research and analysis to offer clients strategic insights and recommendations.

Skills 

• Proven work experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency or marketing firm.  
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, campaign management, and digital marketing trends.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients.  
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
• Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel.
• Able to utilize digital analytics knowledge

We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Industry Manager, Sales & Operations Planning, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) to join our fast-growing team in Malaysia as a regional individual contributor. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Strategy and Operations vertical,  Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team; you'll be the bridge between business and advertising technology making sure we are providing best-in-class services to maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Planning & Execution

• Responsible for the Sales Operations, applications and tools’ integration, framework, strategy and roadmap
• Accountable for the sales planning exercises, owning and driving milestones with the respective cross-functional and partnerships teams
• Design and set up sales metrics and sales models based on strategic objectives
• Set up Salesforce SOP by evaluating existing booking practices and methodologies and explore opportunities for improvements
• Partner with various internal teams, including Product/Ad Ops/Sales/Marketing/Data/Business Development teams, to identify new strategic collaboration to drive operational efficiency and improved productivity
• Work closely with Marketing team to explore methods to support lead generation process such as using CRM tools and Salesforce
• Oversee the sales funnel through salesforce; track, measure and report accurately. Optimise the sales process to drive efficiency for partnerships teams
• Drive adoption of sales processes, SOP, SLA, best practices, forecasting tools and dashboards within respective regions through training and roadshows
• Owner of sales data accuracy and integrity
• Participate and contribute to the Advertising & Partnerships team’s growth and research projects

Analysis

• Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
• Track and report monthly sales revenue VS targets to provide data analysis on identifying business gaps and recommendation for improvement
• Take ownership of sales metrics such as inventory utilisation rate, forecast, sales pipeline, sales realisation and recurring rate and ROI
• Analyse, identify and build management dashboards to provide visibility on the health of the Advertising & Partnerships business and track other areas of growth opportunity

• Participate in organizing and implementing the advertising plan and budget formulated by the superior.
• Develop media promotion plans for projects and formulate relevant plans for product launch and promotion.
• Assist the operations department in managing global product operations and activities to increase worldwide user growth.
• Explore interactive community models and innovative capabilities, integrate online communities with offline communities for coordinated operations, establish a complete operation effect tracking and evaluation system, analyze process and result data, optimize the plan and then implement it.
• Responsible for managing the operation of the project on social media both domestically and internationally, building official fan pages, mining and analyzing user data, planning and executing activities, and analyzing the results.
• Continuously improve user research and competitor analysis, establish trust relationships with core users, and expand overseas industry KOL resources (including Twitter, Weibo, Ins, etc.) and Blockchain news media resources.

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, journalism, or management-related fields, with at least two years of media work experience and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in internet community/overseas market operations and knowledge of Blockchain-related topics.
• Practical experience in overseas community operations and case studies, familiarity with community management methods, and experience in activity planning and data analysis.
• Familiar with and paying attention to mainstream media, communities, hot topics, internet trends, and platform operating modes, and able to maintain good cooperation relationships with multiple media outlets.
• Possess good initiative, self-motivation, closed-loop promotion ability, and logical thinking ability.

• Have web2, web3 industry KOL media resources, and overseas community resources.
