1. Warganegara Malaysia.

2. Kelulusan - Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, Sijil, Diploma atau kelayakan dari institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan.

3. Pengalaman bekerja - minimum 1 tahun.

4. Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.

5. Mempunyai asas perakaunan dan transaksi kewangan.

6. Memahami keperluan kewangan iaitu Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP).

Deskripsi Tugas Utama :-

Bertanggungjawab menjalankan tugas-tugas pengurusan kewangan sepenuh masa di peringkat Kumpulan Sokongan berhubung urusan-urusan kawalan belanjawan, kewangan am, terimaan, perolehan, bayaran emolumen, pembayaran dan akaun.

Job Description

• Assist HOD with day to day operations
• Issue Puchase Order to vendor (Suppliers & Sub-Contractor)
• Maintain record and follow up files of purchases, shipments and other related.
• Maintain file of description of available suppliers (approve vendor list)
• To check and verify quantity and price against invoice, Delivery order, Purchase order and enter into system.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must at least process SPM or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Preferable Entry Level specialized in Purchasing/Inventory or equivalent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to create and administer task priority list based on company needs.
• Close update with HOD on outstanding issue reporting.
