Requirements

• LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years and above working experience in civil / building construction.
• Self- motivated, initiative & responsible.
• Able to work independently. 
• Knowledge of PC and able to operate SQL accounting software. 
• Willing to work extended working time, if required. 
• Salary remunation will be commensurate with qualification & work performance. 

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the company purchase ledgers and liasing with suppliers. 
• Data entry and filing for all the invoice after processing. 
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation. 
• Basic adminstration tasks. 

Requirement

• Candidate must posses at least SPM certificate with knowledge in book keeping. 
• Knowledge in PC and able to operate SQL accounting software. 
• At least 1-2 years of related working working experience. 
• Preferrably those that can start immediately. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Cash Flow management and taxation.
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
• You will liaise closely with the external auditors during the interim and final audit.
• You will be task to assist in month end payroll processing in transition while the Company setup an indepandant HR department.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA).
• Proven working experience in accounting or in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in software SQL, Xero or Autocount is added advantage.
• Experience in handling F&B.
