DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1)    To assist staff in new beverage/chilled products development:

•     Analysing competitor products
•     Preparing lab prototypes samples
•      Monitoring end product shelf-life evaluation
•     Arranging and coordinating internal & external taste testing
•     Establish specifications for new raw meterials, processing parameters, process        flow, end product specifications

2)    Improvements of existing product quality when needed

3)    Problem solving related to recipe, product quality, processing parameters, and other technical issues

4)    Record and document all relevant findings related to new product development, product improvements, food safety, etc

5)    To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time

Job Description

• R&D engineers design products. This may include making calculations of product dimensions, drawing sketches of product ideas, and designing mockups of proposed products, specification sheets and Bill of material (BOM).
• 
  R&D engineers take leadership of projects in development, managing all team members assigned to projects to keep them moving forward on schedule.
• 
  R&D engineers design detailed project plans with engineering, manufacturing, and sales and marketing teams to manage all aspects of product development and production.
• 
  Technical back up and support to internal and external parties as and when required
• 
  Provides customization on existing product design & features
  according to customer’s requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2-3 years working experience in R&D equipment department or specialize in equipment manufacturing plant

  Possess minimum degree, preferably in mechanical engineering field.

  Experience in using Solid works, Autodesk, Auto cad and knowledgeable in E&E will be added advantage.
• 
  Good in communication & coordination skills is a must

  Able to work independently, detail-oriented and willing to work under extended hours occasionally.

• Support the Data Science team in day-to-day tasks such as data cleaning, data validation, data extraction, and assist in basic analysis for data query resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, vendors, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities
• Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items through SAP system.
• Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; inputting data; issue.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
• Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.

Job Purpose:  

As Senior Financial Analyst, reporting directly to FP&A COE manager, you will be working closely with the APJ Regional Director and Functional Leaders and responsible for providing FP&A support and business partnership. You will be experiencing in dynamic interaction and collaboration with key stakeholders located in different countries across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary finance contact to work with business team and liaison with other functional teams [i.e. HR, IT, Logistic, Operations, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Controllership, and Center of Excellence]

• Closely monitor and support the financial performance of APJ

• Provide finance guidance to business team regarding financial related matters, including cost management and business development opportunities

Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Provide complete, accurate and timely financial reporting and business insights to APJ Regional Management, Corporate FP&A, and Function leaders.

• Conduct ad-hoc and monthly financial analyses – Highlight and lowlights on cost and headcount tracking, cost efficiency analysis

• Prepare and support APJ regional consolidation and management reporting, including forecasting cycle and annual budgeting process

• Support the implementation and roll out of new financial reporting tool and system

• Lead and initiate enhancements to reporting and insight generation

Business Partnership

• Serve as finance business partner/trusted advisor and work with various stakeholders to facilitate new business engagement, new vendor/customer enrollment, business decision support, and financial planning/forecasting

• Develop financial model/template to support business opportunities to meet Direct Cost target.

• Review and understand contractual terms in agreement/statement of work (SOW) along with various stakeholders to articulate financial implications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Familiar with SAP, BW, TM1, and PowerBI experience is a plus

• IT distribution industry experience a plus

• University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance
