l 每日了解各爐子及設備的運作狀況。
l 負責安排每日生產計畫並分配到各爐子。
l 根據訂單,規劃原料採購,督促混料人員合理使用原料。
l 與銷售部門溝通訂單交貨日期的變更。
l 處理緊急訂單,與生產部門溝通協調產能。
l 負責減少庫存積壓。
l 更新新產品生產的物料清單,即更新ERP系統的物料清單和牌號新增。
l 按時完成上級交辦的其他任務。

l 中專以上學歷,熟練電腦操作。
l 2年以上相關工作經驗,有製造業經驗者佳。
l 安全、5S和生產改進活動的知識。
l 良好的溝通和人際溝通能力。
