Advanced Technical Support Engineer
Provide remote and onsite advanced technical hardware support for Commercial LaserJet products to HP customers, Technical Consultants/Partner Service Consultants, L2 Service Engineers, Field technicians, and Contact Centers. Your new team:
The Data Security Team, a part of the wider Cyber Security Technology function, provides security controls and services that are utilised across the group. This team is responsible for the delivery & support of effective security services and continuous assurance over enterprise security controls within the bank and across its group entities.

Your impact and contribution:
As the Senior Cyber Engineer – Data Security you will be responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of services such as Microsoft Security Suite of services, Tokenisation services and Cryptography. Offer advice across modern architecture and design working across various security domains.

Be accountable for analysing, reviewing and supporting service delivery in order to meet the ongoing technology requirements for the business, projects and stakeholders.

As the Senior Security Engineer, you will bring enterprise-level expertise working across a complex and large-scale environment with the main objective of managing Data Security solutions and services.
You will bring:
Proficiency of Data Security concepts including Transparent Data Encryption essential.
Experience of design/architecture is highly regarded.
Deep technical engineering expertise across data security and or DLP solutions essential.
Hands-on technical experience in multi-cloud environments (on premise/AWS/Azure) desirable but not essential.
Technical expertise working with Tokenisation using Protegrity or similar technology, essential desirable but not essential.
Working knowledge of various scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python etc.
Industry Certifications are an advantage (i.e. CISSP, CCSP, AWS, Azure, DevOps,)

The role is casual, hours can vary each week, you may be able to work up to 38 hours a week. The team operates between the hours of 9am - 8pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 2pm on Saturday. Your shifts can be any time within those hours.

Our Indigenous Customer Assistance Line (ICAL) is the first of its type for banking in Australia. You’ll be joining the Early Customer Engagement team – a hard working bunch who assist our customers in the management of their financial commitments by working towards a mutually agreeable payment solution.
Your responsibilities
In your role as an Early Customer Engagement Specialist, you will make outbound calls to CommBank customers who are behind on their payments on their Credit Cards, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and/or Overdrawn Personal Accounts, and attempt to recover the outstanding payments to help get the customer back on their feet.
The focus is gaining an understanding of the customer's situation and delivering excellent and courteous customer service. You will then be able to use your keen sense of negotiation to get them back on track with their payments and retain their business.

Start Date & Training
The start date for this role is 15th of April and you must be able to commit to mandatory, full time training from 15/04/24 - 10/05/24. The first week of training is in the office and subsequent three weeks is one day in the office and the rest of the days from home.
