ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare VP documentation i.e. inventory list and items.
• Coordinate VP process with Sales Admin, Accounts, Sales Team and Project Team
• Conduct VP.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• To assist customers, understand the condition of units and answer questions about their reservations.
• Administer defect submission.

• Prepare Monthly Defect Report.
