Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel
• To be fully aware of the hotel’s emergency procedures with regard To safety of guests and employees
• Responsible for handling requests and complaints from guests
• Ensure that all employees are constantly updated on accurate hotel information
• To Ensure the front of the hotel is clean and tidy
• Be aware of all happenings in the hotel

Job Requirement :

• Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Catering with 3 years'
  experience inclusive of 2 years' experience as Front Office Supervisor / Guest Service Assistant OR
• SPM holder with 4 years' experience inclusive of 2 years' experience as Front Office
  Supervisor / Guest Service Assistant
• Willing to base at Genting Highlands Resort.

Job Responsibilities :

• To lead technical team during all inspection of skyway system and to ensure all the inspection we done according to SOP and WI.
• To check and verify the inspection and maintenance checklist to ensure all the checks and maintenance were done in a proper manner as per advised by OEM.
• To conduct inspection in daily basis on the overall skyway systems at all stations at Genting and Awana Skyway to ensure all the equipment/parts/components are in good working condition and smooth operations
• To prepare and monitor on the maintenance and inspection documentation such as checklist,maintenance report, and etc.
• To follow up and communicate with OEM during any emergency breakdown in order to provide solutions in time.
• To monitor on the inventory of skyway system spare parts and ensure the availability of the spare parts during any emergency and maintenance works.
• Ability to handle and provide solutions on technical related problems in terms of mechanical,electrical and etc.
• Awareness on safety to ensure compliances as top priority in daily work practices, besides thorough knowledge of jobs and functions.
• Initiate improvement projects and identify new ideas.
• Involve and monitor on employee development, coaching, guidance and monitoring of subordinate’s job performance.
• To make appropriate decision and provide solutions during any job related difficulties.

Job Requirement :

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic (E&E) or Electrical
• Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to emergency situition.
• Willing to base at Genting Highlands Resort.

Job Responsibilities :

• To study the operation of Casino, Hotel and Theme Park IT systems.
• Perform daily operational support of casino, hotel and theme park IT systems.
• Able to work towards forming an effective, efficient and harmony team.
• Carry out IT project management and system implementation that improves overall resort operation.
• Learn to produce good documentations.
• Enforce IT policies and procedures.
• Tracking and demand vendors to fulfill their commitment.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Applicants with 2-3 years’ experience in supporting Enterprise Applications environment
  may consider for IT Engineer position.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum
  supervision.
• Able to work in Casino environment.
