Job Description
- R&D engineers design products. This may include making calculations of product dimensions, drawing sketches of product ideas, and designing mockups of proposed products, specification sheets and Bill of material (BOM).
R&D engineers take leadership of projects in development, managing all team members assigned to projects to keep them moving forward on schedule.
R&D engineers design detailed project plans with engineering, manufacturing, and sales and marketing teams to manage all aspects of product development and production.
Technical back up and support to internal and external parties as and when required
Provides customization on existing product design & features
according to customer’s requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2-3 years working experience in R&D equipment department or specialize in equipment manufacturing plant
Possess minimum degree, preferably in mechanical engineering field.
Experience in using Solid works, Autodesk, Auto cad and knowledgeable in E&E will be added advantage.
Good in communication & coordination skills is a must
Able to work independently, detail-oriented and willing to work under extended hours occasionally.
