Job Description:

• To handle Sales Administration function relation to on-going, under construction as well as completed projects.
• To ensure that all SPAs and loan documents are executed on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with agents/ purchasers/ bankers and lawyers for SPA Execution.
• Prepare and issuance of progressive billings, reminders and receipts.
• Monitor/ ensure timely billing and collection.
• Follow-up on loan documentation status with purchasers, bankers and solicitors.
• To ensure proper filing and accuracy of info updated.
• Attend to purchaser’s/ solicitors enquires, concerns in courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Possess a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advances, Higher or Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management and/or equivalent Bachelor Degree holder.
• At least 2 years working experience in property development.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in HDA would be an added advantage.
• Good in Microsoft office.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Result oriented, independent and able to work in a team.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu.

Job Responsibilities: -

Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports.
Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations, and administrative supports
Responsible for order processing and co-ordination with customers, logistics operations and warehouse to ensure timely delivery to fulfill customer satisfaction.
Provide data for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior or manager.

Job Requirements: -

Experience in Sales and customers service background
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people.

1. Sell and execute all authorised products and promotional activities. Ensure products are sold at the approved selling price by the Company.
2. Explore new opportunities by opening new accounts.
3. Manage stock level to ensure continuous availability and regular rotation.
4. Ensure the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
5. Service all outlets in assigned territory as scheduled. Ensure daily assigned outlets target coverage are fulfil and optimal coverage.
6. Manage daily settlement and collection of payment. Minimize trade write off and trade return.
7. Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.
8. Maintaining sales and delivery record. Ensure compliance and proper usage of all commercial and sales documents as per commercials requirement.
