職責

主要工作職責：
- 管理客戶對公司產品和服務的日常詢問。
- 為銷售團隊提供日常活動的售前和售後管理支持，包括客戶訂單、報價和計費/發票。
- 銷售訂單的處理和所有相關的管理。
-產生和處理客戶訂單。
- 為現場銷售團隊開發新業務提供一般銷售支援。
- 協調和聯絡內部部門，確保按時完成任務。
-維護和更新銷售和客戶記錄。
候選人要求
成功的候選人必須是年齡在 25-35 歲之間的女性，至少擁有商業、會計或同等學歷的文憑資格，並且在之前的工作經驗中至少有 1-2 年類似的銷售支援工作經驗。
簡介/屬性：
-女性優先；服務型的人。
- 最低資格：SPM或文憑或STPM。
- 至少1-2年相關經驗。
-具有高度主動性和自我激勵性以達到服務標準的經驗。
- 較強的溝通及人員管理能力。
- 精通英語、馬來語和華語。
- Microsoft Office 和會計系統（SQL）的實務經驗。
- 較強的組織能力及多工處理能力。
該職位適合具有客戶服務、客戶管理或訂單處理背景並對製藥或醫療行業感興趣的人員。該職位將位於八打靈再也雙威白沙羅 (Sunway Damansara) 地區，您將確保這是一個方便您工作的地點。
