Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Excellent convincing abilities, good communication skills, sales and negotiation skills
• A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• 協助制定宴會銷售預算和行銷計劃。
• 向現有和潛在客戶執行、監督和促進宴會廳設施和商務中心的營銷。
• 實現活動營運的銷售/利潤目標。
• 與營運和服務人員協調宴會廳週轉和其他任務，以確保活動順利進行。
• 回應潛在客戶的詢問，為潛在的活動組織參觀和會議，並銷售活動。
• 監督所有宴會/婚禮合約的製定/準備。
• 與高階行銷主管合作確定活動的售價和菜單。
• 安排所有宴會活動、定價並準備活動提案、收取已簽署的合約和押金。
• 在整個活動過程中與客戶就任何變更、替換或特殊要求進行溝通，並在活動結束時跟進客戶，確保滿意度。
• 確保宴會系統中的所有帳戶均已正確更新。
• 準備宴會廳銷售活動報告並監控/衡量宴會績效。
• 處理週末的活動。
• 履行上級指派的其他相關職責。

要求：

• 工商管理/行銷/酒店/酒店管理文憑或學位或同等學歷。
• 至少 2 - 5 年活動和宴會廳協調和管理經驗。
• 良好的人際溝通和溝通能力，包括書面和口頭能力。
• Microsoft Office 能力：Word、Excel、Outlook 和 PowerPoint。
• 組織嚴密、有效率、注重細節。
• 必須以行銷為中心並具有積極的工作態度。
• 能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作並作為團隊的一部分。
