Over the next few months alone, they are planning to input millions of pounds worth of investment into manufacturing equipment on site in order to automate the bulk of the production process. They will also be expanding their products and introducing new production lines to improve efficiency and the overall profitability of the company.
The Role:
You will be working alongside the production manager taking responsibility for the technical installations and maintenance on the site. This will include a lot of project work and site developments including commissioning a full new production line independently. You will be responsible for all equipment and machinery, all compliance and health and safety, as well as liaising with third parties / negotiating for new parts and tools with suppliers. You will also be in charge of all training training for operators and over the next few years recruiting and building your own skills engineering team.
