JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the NPD Strategy for EV, FCEV and HEV electrical control systems.
• Support the development of electric powertrain charging systems.
• Participate in the vehicle life cycle development through concept to engineering design, prototype build, certification, to Job 1
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team on the overall vehicle development
  Elicit external and internal stakeholder requirements for new product developments.
• Selection of electrical components and systems into new and existing vehicle designs ensuring products used meet required standards.
• Design and specification of electrical hardware components for the integration of vehicle subsystems, e.g. fuseboards, switchboxes.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage the progress to meet timing, specification, and engineering requirements
• Undertake the technical assessment and analysis of components and systems and develop optimal solutions to meet overall vehicle requirements.

Purpose of Post
To select suppliers who will supply materials at the optimum acquisition cost ensuring quality standards are maintained and departmental goals achieved.

Key Task

• Responsible in handling full set of accounts, verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable, GL accounts, AR & AP and banking transactions
• Prepare full sets of accounts including monthly management account with financial variance analysis
• Ensuring accounting records and system comply with the Company’s policies, account standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements
• Support in month end close procedures with timely and accurate recording
• Handle all the foreign currency
• Liaise with the Auditor, Tax Agent, Bankers, Company Secretary and any other bodies for Statutory Reporting, Corporate Governance and Compliances matter

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Professional Degree or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing or related field
• Meticulous and deadline driven
• Positive working attitude and result oriented
• A strong player with ability to work in fast paced environment
• Preferable candidate able to read and write in Mandarin, English and Malay
• Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time

Take the Leadership for Learning and Development activities in the Store to develop highly performing, knowledgeable people. Primary Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate the on boarding program for new retail staff is carried out as well as a well-functioning buddy system.
• Support and continuously update to retail staff on the brand SOP and product Knowledge provided by principal’s trainer.
• Develop and maintain the store’s yearly training plan and individual schedules, signups and evaluation of Return of Investment.
• Maintain training module database and produce reports as necessary.
• Actively contribute to ensure our retail staff have the right competence level (product knowledge, customer service knowledge, selling skills and etc) within their job.
• Take the lead in the store to build training programs that are aligned to the need of business as well as adapted to the staff way of learning for today and tomorrow needs.
• Support all managers in the store in the learning & development process by being the expert on learning & development of staffs and managers; pro-actively lead the learning & development process.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business / Sales / Marketing studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate across organisation with effective influencing skills.
