Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, task dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Conduct kickoff meetings with Sales and align team members with project requirements.
2. Team & Resource Management
• Coordinate internal teams (developers, designers, QA) and external vendors or clients.
• Assign and manage resources based on availability and capability.
• Monitor workload and adjust resource allocation and timeline as needed.
3. Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates (project master).
- Facilitate review sessions and manage sign-off stages.
4. Budget & Timeline Control
- Track project budgets, ensure cost efficiency, and prevent overruns.
- Control project schedules, proactively update timelines, and manage scope changes through formal change requests.
5. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks early, assess impact, and develop mitigation plans.
- Escalate critical issues and bottlenecks to management with proposed solutions.
- Lead project post-mortems and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Process & Documentation:
• Ensure all deliverables are documented and meet defined quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Lark), and communication logs.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and industry best practices.
Quality Management & Project Delivery
• Define and uphold project-specific quality standards and acceptance criteria in
collaboration with stakeholders, the QA team, and technical leads.
• Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring the QA team has the necessary resources and that all testing activities (functional, regression, performance, etc.) are executed thoroughly and on schedule.
• Conduct formal reviews to validate that all project deliverables meet the defined business requirements and quality standards before being presented for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and manage a comprehensive deployment plan, including leading User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, securing final sign-offs, and overseeing the smooth rollout of the project into the production environment.
