Role Summary
Responsible for creating high-quality static designs + video content that aligns with brand guidelines and drives marketing results across social media, ads, website, WhatsApp/email, and events.
Core Responsibilities
1) Graphic Design (Static & Digital)
- Design social media assets: carousels, posts, stories, highlights covers, thumbnails
- Design paid ads creatives (Meta/TikTok/Google): concepts, variations, resizing, A/B versions
- Design brand collateral: posters, flyers, banners, standees, brochures, packaging labels (if needed)
- Create website/e-commerce visuals: landing page banners, product images, icons, bundles, promo headers
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital (correct sizing, bleed, export formats)
2) Videography & Content Production
- Plan and shoot video content: product, lifestyle, talking-head, testimonials, events, behind-the-scenes
- Set up basic lighting/audio for clean, professional footage
- Capture b-roll and short-form vertical content consistently (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
3) Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form videos: hooks, pacing, captions, cutdowns, transitions, on-screen text
- Produce long-form edits when needed: webinars, interviews, event recaps
- Add motion graphics: animated titles, lower thirds, subtitles, callouts, simple effects
- Export in correct specs for each platform (9:16, 1:1, 16:9; safe zones; file size optimisation)
4) Creative Execution Support (Marketing)
- Translate campaign briefs into creative concepts + deliverables
- Produce multiple creative angles/versions for testing (especially for ads)
- Maintain a content pipeline: deliver weekly/monthly assets based on content calendar
- Coordinate with marketing team on turnaround, priorities, and deadlines
5) Brand Consistency & Asset Management
- Maintain brand visual standards: fonts, colours, style, tone, templates
- Organise files systematically (folders, naming conventions, project archives)
- Build and maintain reusable templates for faster execution
- Deliverables (Examples)
10–20 static posts per week (or as per content plan)
5–10 short-form videos per week (Reels/TikTok)
3–8 ad creative variations per campaign
- Monthly campaign key visual + resizing set
- Event coverage: photo + video recap deliverables within 48–72 hours (if applicable)
Required Skills
- Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour, branding
- Video shooting basics: framing, lighting, audio, stabilisation
- Editing with speed + storytelling: hook → value → CTA
- Comfortable designing for performance marketing (CTR-driven creatives)
Tools (Typical)
Adobe: Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
Video: Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut (any is fine if output is strong)
Motion (bonus): After Effects
Optional: Canva (for quick resizing), Figma (for web assets)
