As the Senior Manager, Venue Sales & Event Management at ALPHA GALAXY SDN. BHD., you will lead the sales, business development, event coordination and operational management of our 21,000 sq ft multi-purpose event venue in Puncak Alam Selangor. This role is responsible for developing the venue as a revenue-generating business by driving event bookings, managing client relationships, overseeing event execution, coordinating vendors and internal support teams, and ensuring a professional venue experience for corporate, private and community events.

What you’ll be doing

1. Develop and implement venue sales and business development strategies to drive event bookings, rental revenue and venue utilisation.
2. Identify and secure business opportunities from corporate clients, event organisers, agencies, associations, wedding planners, private clients and community groups.
3. Manage enquiries, site visits, proposals, quotations, negotiations and booking conversions.
4. Develop venue packages, pricing proposals, promotional campaigns and partnership opportunities to support revenue growth.
5. Oversee end-to-end event coordination, including client requirements, event layout, setup, AV, F&B, decoration, logistics, parking and post-event follow-up.
6. Coordinate with internal departments and other support teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

8. Ensure the venue is clean, safe, presentable and operationally ready before each event, including pre-event and post-event inspections.

What we’re looking for

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focal Point Communication: Act as the official bridge and focal person, as and when required, to communicate with customers/workshops on administrative, logistical (e.g., delivery status, documentation, and product availability), and general non-technical inquiries via phone, email, and dedicated platforms.

工作職責：

•協助團隊組織內部和客戶品質審查會議；積極主動地跟進客戶問詢，並有效地協調品質回饋。

•協助維護及遵守品質管理系統（ISO9001品質管理系統）及既定的工廠程序。

•在指導下參與新產品導入（NPI）和轉移項目資格認證活動。

•準備檢驗指導書，執行首件檢驗（FAI），並支援編製PPAP文件包與能力研究。

•協助定期內部品質審核和工廠檢查；幫助收集故障分析數據，並積極跟進生產團隊的糾正/預防措施計劃（8D 報告）。

•每天與生產線和工程團隊聯繫和溝通，幫助解決問題並協調現場的品質控制最佳實踐。

•協助準備月度品質績效報告，供管理階層審核。

職位要求：

•擁有工程（機械/電氣/機電一體化）、技術或相關領域的文憑/學士學位。

• 至少1至3年製造業品質保證/品質控制工作經驗。我們熱忱歡迎具備相關技術能力、積極進取、態度外向且流動性強的應屆畢業生申請！公司將提供專門的內部指導。

•具備紮實的QC核心工具（PPAP、FAI、CPK、MSA、FMEA、控制計劃）、Minitab/JMP、8D報告編寫方面的基礎知識或熟悉程度，並能夠理解GD&T零件圖紙。

•必須精通英語和普通話/中文（口語和書面），以便有效地展示調查結果，並與講中文的客戶、利益相關者和外部各方進行順利的討論。

Responsibilities:

• Maintain payroll information by directing collection, preparing calculation, and presenting data.
• Update payroll records and review and approve changes.
• Prepare listings on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and nontaxable wages.

Job Description

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, especially Tier 1/Corporate accounts, ensuring timely communication on campaign status and plans.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, report, and review campaign progress, providing detailed weekly/monthly updates to management and recurring reports to customers.
• Renewal & Contract Management: Proactively engage with existing consumers to discuss renewal opportunities and manage new contract agreements.
• Sales Lead Verification: Conduct cold/warm calling to verify potential buyer leads from marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Company Websites) before internal distribution, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Client Onboarding Support: Execute onboarding for new consumers, handling inquiries and assisting overseas clients by coordinating with internal teams.
• Data Management: Accurately record and maintain all campaign and communication status data.
• Language Skills (Compulsory): Excellent command of Cantonese and Mandarin to liaise with overseas consumers (Hong Kong, China). Proficiency in English is also required.
• Software Proficiency: Knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Communication & People Skills: Excellent communication skills for internal and external liaison, with the ability to provide clear goals and guidance to various stakeholders.
• Education: Degree/Diploma in a business-related field.
• Industry Experience: Experience in Real estate and/or Website/listing portal account management.
