We’re now looking for a
DevOps engineer - Observability—someone who doesn’t just monitor systems but builds the foundation that keeps them alive and healthy. Someone who wants to be part of the company in a literal sense. That means taking on complex technical challenges while having the chance to own a piece of SwedQ’s future. You’ll be encouraged to drive your own ideas, improve what exists, and build something lasting—together with us.
You’ll be working closely with engineers, platform specialists, and DevOps teams—making it easy to bring change, innovate, and act on what you believe in.

Who are you
- 5+ years of experience working with Kubernetes in production environments
- Deep understanding of Prometheus and Grafana, from setup to scaling and tuning
- Strong knowledge of observability concepts—metrics, tracing, logging, and alerting
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible) and containerization
- Skilled in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling
- Experience deploying and maintaining observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, Loki)
- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing best practices
- Understanding of GPU workloads, PBS services, and OCP environments is a plus
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to improve reliability at scale
