Essential requirements:
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with deep expertise in Node.js and React, capable of building and maintaining modern web applications end to end.
- Proficient in TypeScript with hands-on experience designing scalable, maintainable, and strongly typed codebases.
- Solid experience designing and developing Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture, creating APIs and orchestration layers tailored for web and mobile clients will be a huge advantage.
- Strong understanding of system design principles including caching strategies, scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and observability.
- Proven experience building and operating large-scale, high-traffic applications in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern Node.js frameworks; prior experience with Fastify is a strong advantage.
- Strong expertise in unit testing and automated quality assurance using frameworks such as Vitest or Jest, with a focus on maintainable test coverage.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices including clean code, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, security, and maintainability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Detail-oriented team player with practical experience working in Agile
