Role Overview:
As a hands-on developer with at least 5 years of relevant experience, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our platform. Ensuring it remains stable, scalable, and responsive even in the most demanding environments. You’ll work with modern technologies like React (TypeScript) on the frontend and Spring Boot 3 on the backend.
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership, and isn’t afraid to dive into complex problems. You’re curious by nature, proactive in your approach, and care deeply about the quality of the software you build. Experience in team leadership and architecture design is a strong plus, as this role may include guiding others and contributing to high-level technical decisions.
This is more than just coding – it’s about building robust, real-time solutions that first responders can rely on when lives are on the line. You’ll collaborate closely with our development and support teams, turning user feedback and frontline insights into features that make a real difference.
What you’ll bring:
Salary: 50,000–65,000 SEK/month, depending on experience and qualifications
