We are looking for
Java Backend Developers across experience levels (Associate to Senior) to join high-performing Agile teams building scalable, cloud-based backend systems. If you enjoy working with modern technologies, microservices, and cloud platforms—this is for you.
🔧 Your Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native backend services
- Build scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
- Develop and integrate REST/gRPC APIs
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Deploy and manage services using Docker & Kubernetes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams
- Contribute to system improvements, performance, and reliability
✅ Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java backend development
- Hands-on with Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
- Knowledge of:
- Kubernetes, Docker, YAML
- SQL databases (Postgres, Cassandra, etc.)
- API development (REST or gRPC)
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, CI/CD tools
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
⭐ Nice to Have
- Kafka / Event-driven architecture
- Monitoring tools (Grafana, PagerDuty)
- MQTT, AMQP, JMS
- Postman, Cucumber
- Experience with distributed systems
