Job Purpose
JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, develop, and deploy high-performance AI/GenAI applications and services for the Maarifa platform. The Senior AI Engineer will focus on building scalable AI pipelines, integrating advanced ML/LLM models into production systems, and ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability. The role requires strong technical depth in AI and web application engineering, combined with the ability to collaborate with product, design, and data teams
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy AI/GenAI-enabled applications and APIs for the Maarifa platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs & production-ready code
- Build and optimize data pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and inference
- Integrate AI models with user-facing applications using APIs and microservices
- Provide system design recommendations based on business and technical requirements
- Partner with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines for Models, RAG components, APIs, and web applications
- Monitor and improve model performance and application scalability in production.
- Stay up-to-date with open-source AI tools, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related field.
- Senior-level (minimum 4–6 years of hands-on AI/GenAI/web application development)
