Summary:
Document Controllers are responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. They organize and maintain both hard copy and electronic documents, oversee document change control procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update project document control systems. Manage drawings, contracts, reports, correspondence, and approvals. Track document submissions, revisions, and approval status. Coordinate document flow with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Ensure documents are properly recorded, stored, and easily accessible.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field. At least five years of document control experience. Experience with consultancy firms, project management consultants, or real estate developers. Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills.
Experience using document management platforms such as Aconex is preferred
Proficiency in document management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
