Role Description

We are searching for a talented PostgreSQL Developer to help us design, build, and operate robust database solutions.

In this role, you’ll focus on developing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, while also contributing to DevOps processes and collaborating with .NET-based application teams. You’ll be working with modern technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of our data layer, while supporting application development and cloud-based deployments.

Requested Technical Competencies:

• 2+ years working experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with database design, normalization, and indexing strategies
• Familiarity with database DevOps practices (CI/CD, migrations, automation)
• Experience working alongside .NET (C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+) applications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Azure (Azure Database for PostgreSQL, cloud deployments, other Azure services)
• Knowledge of containerization and infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain PostgreSQL databases and schemas
• Optimize database performance, indexing strategies, and query execution
• Manage database migrations, versioning, and data integrity
• Collaborate with .NET developers to integrate database solutions into applications
• Contribute to architectural discussions and data modeling decisions
• Ensure security, backup, and recovery strategies are in place
