Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for an Agentforce Developer to build and optimize chat and email agents. Responsibilities include designing conversational flows, developing automated email handling (classification, routing, responses), integrating with CRM and APIs, and improving performance.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Experience with Agentforce, conversational AI/chatbots, and email automation. Strong integration skills, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and agile environments is a plus.
