Tasks
- Stay in close contact with our international team to deliver the best IT solution for our customers
- Responsibility for the performance and integration of your team
- Design of development processes
- Coaching the development team
- Conceptualization and design of development processes
- Contribute to project planning and estimations
- Ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Optimize system performance and reliability
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science or similar
- At least 5 years of professional experience with ERP systems, IT integrations and web applications
- Very good skills in Python
- Experience with JavaScript & Odoo; QWeb is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in business topics and understanding of advanced business processes
- Very fast comprehension, analytical working method & high commitment
- English speaking team player
