Databricks Data Engineer !
Responsibilities
- Support the migration of existing Azure Synapse data engineering capabilities to Databricks .
- Build, optimize, and maintain data transformation pipelines across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers within a Data Vault architecture.
- Develop scalable data engineering solutions following data lake and layered architecture best practices .
- Contribute to data governance initiatives , including data catalog and data lineage implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate Databricks adoption and migration capabilities .
- Optimize data pipelines to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Solid background in Data Engineering , including building and optimizing data pipelines and data lake architectures .
- Experience with data governance practices , including data catalog and data lineage .
- Knowledge of Data Vault modeling is valued.
- Experience with Databricks AI/ML capabilities is a plus.
