At Remote Crew, we’re partnering with a German IT software development firm looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their growing team in Lisbon. You’ll build cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients across diverse industries, working with cutting-edge technologies and modern frameworks.
Salary: 45k - 62k (Contract of employment, direct with client)
Location: 100% Remote in Portugal
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable solutions across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms
- Build robust RESTful APIs and sophisticated microservices architectures
- Start projects from scratch with input on architecture and technology selection
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to solve complex business challenges
- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Work directly with German enterprise clients on innovative solutions
- Participate in cross-project collaboration to prevent silos
- Learn new technologies and frameworks alongside experienced team members
- Deliver solutions for energy, mobility, real estate, and manufacturing industries
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency with Python, Java, or NodeJS as backend languages
- TypeScript and NestJS backend experience (preference)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular)
- Backend development experience with any modern language/framework
- Database experience with SQL and NoSQL systems
- Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Fluent English (C1 level) for client communication
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have
- Flutter (preference) or any mobile development experience
- Previous consulting or client-facing project experience
- DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins
- Experience with digital twin technology or IoT solutions
