Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Degree in Property Management/Building or any other related fields with good academic results.
- Knowledgeable in Strata Management Act (2013) and all other acts / regulations relevant to property management
- At least 2 years’ experience in same related fields
- Good communication skills.
Job Description:
- Overall control on the implementation of operational procedures, system and management performance.
- Monitor collection of billing for service charges, assessment, quit rent, insurance premium, water charges, etc
- Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
