Job Requirements:
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Food Service Management / Food Management / Hotel Management / Restaurant Management or its equivalent.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to perform all the required tasks as per the recommended standards of the organization
- Ability to work independently
- In-depth knowledge of consumer trends and patterns
- Excellent customer service skills.
Location: Able to work at TTDI Damansara or SS15 Subang Jaya
