Job Description 13; -Purpose of Role Keysight is the market leader in Electronic Test and Measurement systems through its continuous innovations and dedication to quality. The global Manufacturing has seen growth over the past few years and Keysight is tapping into it with our Industry 4.0 initiatives. We are looking for an experienced Product Management Engineer (PME) with customer-facing experience who has the passion and drive to help Keysight growth objectives, especially in the area of Software Solution. The incumbent will be responsible for translating customer needs into product features and specifications, develop the business plans for NPIs, provide sales tools and training to field sales teams, and ensure product adoption by our customers. Job Responsibilities · Build business plans to market, launch and sell Keysight products and solution, specifically in Software Solution offerings. · Translate customer needs and requirements into product features, specifications and values · Organize various teams in Keysight to ensure smooth product development and delivery · Validate product features and specifications meet target customer requirements · Develop sales tools to facilitate field sales teams in the sale of the product · Provide training to field teams on the product and deliver training · Provide field sales support to facilitate adoption of our products · Identify trends and market development 13; Job Qualifications 13; -Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer science, Information System, Engineering or similar. -3+ years of working experience, in standard product generation lifecycle or software life cycle management or equivalent -A deep understanding of Hadoop infrastructure design principals, cluster connectivity, security and the factors that affect distributed system performance. -Administration experience in supporting big data technologies (Apache Spark/Drools, Hadoop (CDH), HBase, Impala, Kafka, NiFi) -Knowledge with Cloud-based SaaS systems, Linux commands and scripting and memory management will be preferred. -Strong leadership, teamwork & program management skills to solve customer issues in a cross-functional global organization. -Strong verbal & written customer communication skills.
