Reponsibilities:
- In charge of driving sales, maximizing profitability, maintaining best retail standards and ensuring the achievement of high service standards for outlets.
- To ensure that all the outlets is in good shape including monitoring counter merchandising and all the items is presented/ displayed correct and on timely manner.
- To determine the layout of store merchandise that is visually appealing to consumers.
- To develop and improve outlet strategies as well as initiatives to further improve outlets' productivity and customer service level.
- Provide employee operations manuals to store supervisors and help to provide employee training when necessary.
- Constantly review store sales, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss.
- Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements for each location. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing all of the branch operation.
- To ensure the availability of the stocks in each of the outlets are sufficient and ensure the physical stock in the outlet level is tally with the system.
- To execute the plans from the top management
Requirement:
- At least two year of working experience in this field or related area.
- Possess experience in management, operations and leadership.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Ability to build consensus and relationships among partners and employees.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
