- Responsible for analyzing market to determine the ideal customer for a given product
- To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
- To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings
- Compare competitive products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers
- Build technical relationship with prospects and/or existing customers
- Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion
- To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities
- Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses
- Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award
- Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
- Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit
