Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Manager on the daily progress of the project.
- Perform duties assigned by Project Manager.
- Daily work planning, management of sub-con (if any) and ensure work done accordingly.
- Monitoring of construction progress.
- To control material usage with minimal wastage on respective site and project.
- Site works supervision and inspection.
- Ensure construction works are compliance with ISO documentation procedures.
- Organize workforce for respective project and work activities.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
- Ensure work executed in accordance with quality standards required.
- Update and submit site progress for stage billing purposes.
- To interact and cooperate with other departments such as Contract Department to update and give as much as input of work progress / site condition.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a certificate in Engineering.
- Preferably at least 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and computer literate (MS Office).
- Possess own transport.
- Must be able to work in night shift.
