JOB DESCRIPTION
· Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements for the Group and its sub groups in accordance to the financial reporting standards.
· To ensure timely submission of the financial report to GM Finance for review and to prepare and monitor annual budget and cash flow forecast.
· Month End, quarter end and year end closing.
· Day to day financial operation (invoicing, AR/AP, GL reconciliation, treasury and etc).
· Management reporting.
· Treasury and Tax
· To prepare Presentation Papers and Materials for BOD & Shareholders Meetings in Financial & Accounting Areas.
· To review and continuously improve on the financial analysis according to the business for the better decision making.
· To attend and deal with external parties such as auditors, bankers, company secretary and tax agents.
· To provide guidance and direction to subordinates to resolve Finance & Accounting issues.
· Any other Finance & Accounting matters.
KEY REQUIREMENT
· Minimum degree in Finance & Accounting, professional qualification is a plus.
· Minimum 10 years relevant commercial accounting experience.
· Financial consolidation experience is a must.
· Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.
· Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Auto-Count.
· Independent with initiative, analytical, meticulous and strong sense of responsibility.
