JOB REQUIREMENT
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Passionate about the start-up space and have a solid technical fundamentals of digital marketing (SEM,SEO, Digital Channels)
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years’ leadership in scale-up stage digital consumer business.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in product branding/marketing/development, social/digital marketing, event marketing, marketing communications, creative communications marketing concepts.
- Experience as CMO, Head of Marketing or VP Marketing in another organization. Direct Selling/Network Marketing experience an advantage.
- Efficiently work under pressure, deadlines, and extra hours due to demands of leading an international marketing organization
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be the Strategic Leader and Coach to the team which comprised Digital Marketing, Social Media, PR, CRM and Creative individuals.
- To grow and develop the company’ audience, customers acquisition and customer engagement across each market.
- To identify high growth value markets and react to the situation by devising an all-out Marketing strategy and plan ultimately reach out to the targeted customers groups.
- Establishing the brand proposition, values and guidelines; executing a clear go to market branding strategy via multiple online and offline channels, ensuring our brand message is strong and relevant to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Be a key member of the senior leadership team contributing to the overall company strategy and direction as well as sharing learnings and best practices with the wider business.
- Analytical & data driven to assess performance and improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels.
- Responsible for the management and strategic direction of the global product marketing, communications, PR and sports partnership strategies
- Crafts and leads the execution of the global marketing strategy, leading the team including Product Marketing & Development, Communications, Public Relations, Sports Sponsorship and Creative
- Builds the company’s corporate brand and products brands as a prestigious direct selling company in the eyes of the public, consumers, distributors and the industry
- Designing branding, positioning, pricing and sales strategies that are relevant in today's direct selling and wellness & lifestyle industries.
- Establishes and drives a new product strategy for the company on a global and local level, in coordination with the Head of Product Development.
- Continuously improves and delivers online and offline sales tools (video, social, print) for independent representatives.
- Works with internal market research and data analytics teams to understand how to market to current and potential consumers.
- Ensures operational and legal compliance related to business relationships are thoroughly and comprehensively maintained such as Due Diligence Reports, Distribution Agreements, Operation Memorandums etc.
- Continuously manages relationships with existing related parties such as bank distributors, insurance companies, pension funds, foundations while establishing new relationships so as to broaden their B-to-B as well as B-to-C client bases.
- QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree or Masters in a Marketing, Communications & Business Administration.
- Business Degree, MBA preferred.
