Responsibilities:
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Leads a good number of sales team lead and sales representatives across the region.
- Determines the optimal efficiency of the sales process, annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volume for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
- Identifies business target in order to meet business goals.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Co-manages and help to execute company marketing activities & promotions.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by organising basic training.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
- preferably FMCG
- Applicants must be willing to base in Johor Melaka and Negeri Sembilan.
- Able to converse & write in English, B.M and Chinese (preferably in Mandarin)
