We are an International Marketing company & are expanding our KL operations, we now require Telemarketers who are available to attend interviews IMMEDIATELY, as training commences in January 2019.
We are looking for successful candidates,who have the following qualities:
* An outgoing bubbly personality & full of energy.
* NO experience is necessary as Full Training will be given.
* Able to communicate with clients at all levels, with an independent, proactive, positive and hardworking attitude.
* Hands on approach & be an active team player - Driven by bonuses.
* Experienced in a sales/customer service role would be an advantage
* Be able to communicate in ENGLISH is Essential & in Mandarin an advantage
* Self Motivated to achieve personal Goals & targets set by the company.
* Responsible for developing existing client base & acquire new clients.
* Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
* Making daily phone calls to achieve targets set by the management team.
* Schedule appointments for CRM's & for prospective clients to attend sales presentations.
* Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
* Monitor market conditions & trends.
