Job description:
- Digital consultation, strategy and planning for all digital activities.
- Client relationship and partnership maintenance + building.
- Creative ideation and content generation.
- Create and grow the digital presence of assigned brands.
- Be fully familiar and updated of digital platforms, including social media and tech-related advancements.
- Social Media and community management.
- Post content to activate conversations in alignment with the digital strategy.
- Suggest and provide appropriate response strategy to fan / follower conversations to maximize positive sentiment.
- Maintain the publishing calendar and to stay in contact with clients to ensure the calendar is always updated.
- Monitor all conversations and escalate problems to relevant stakeholders.
- Market and competitive research within relevant industries.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the brand’s online presence from its daily operations, layout changes, post types and etc, wherever relevant.
- Produce and analyze digital media reports on behalf of the brands.
- Attend client and prospect meetings.
- Provide digital marketing support to internal / proprietary products.
