Job Responsibilities
- Leading the Malaysian business, including strategy and operations.
- Leading the business and achieving financial objectives in line with overall targets
- Increasing company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging brand positioning and category penetration
- Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets.
- Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget
- Stay up-to-date with market, consumers and competitors in order to propose relevant and innovative solutions
Desired skills and experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in trade marketing; beauty and consumer industries preferred
- Strong sense on retail dynamics
- Analytical and sensitive to numbers; good knowledge of excel and power point
- Motivated and self-driven
