Job Responsibilities:
EXECUTIVE, SYSTEM APPLICATION
1. Plan, maintain and execute all ICT system application for KOPETRO and subsidiaries such as SAP HRIS, E-Procurement, Dashboard, Digital Signature, SAP-Integrations, DMS etc. to ensure system performance running smoothly and efficient with minimal interruption as per standard ICT policy and procedure.
2. Plan and review system application installation by vendors through User Acceptance Test (UAT) and system audit to ensure system configuration and utilization are complete and according to the specification required.
3. Investigate, rectify and resolve system failure and errors by conducting first level troubleshooting, problem verification and escalate to vendor if necessary to provide timely solution hence minimize user work interruption.
4. Maintain and monitor system performance by updating the latest patches, version and data information to meet the system application requirement.
5. Monitor and track SAP user code license by reviewing and validating the number of users to ensure sufficient cost allocation and proper distribution of user code within KOPETRO group.
6. Plan, coordinate and execute the proposed system application and new installation by analyzing system structure and features, gather user requirement and discuss with vendor in order to ensure timely installation and system readiness.
7. Prepare and consolidate the overall budget for the section including system annual fee, new system proposal, license, software etc.
8. Plan and develop Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for system applications.
9. Plan and conduct business banking administration such as Maybank2E and CIMB biz channel using token to ensure proper assignment of profile and access for online payment process and transactions.
10. Monitor and configure all backup system database by auto daily backup and weekly manual backup to prevent data lost and fast recovery.
11. Prepare, analyze and monitor KOPETRO and subsidiaries system report such as system patch and server health-check to ensure timely update to the management.
EXECUTIVE, INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT (NETWORK)
1. Plan, maintain and execute all ICT infrastructure and facility management for KOPETRO and subsidiaries such as security, network, hardware and communication to ensure system performance running smoothly and efficient with minimal interruption as per standard ICT policy and procedure.
2. Install, configure and monitor an organization’s LAN, WAN, stability, security, hardware by using network monitoring software in order to secure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure whilst maximizing user performance.
3. Administer and maintain Active Directory such as office network, ADUC, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS, WAP and etc. using updated list of active user to ensure right profile assignment as per required authorization and policy management.
4. Create and update mailing on Exchange Server by reviewing mailbox rules, hub transport, client access, unified messaging, IronPort filtering and mailing firewall to ensure all communication mailing operate smoothly and protected.
5. Plan and review network infrastructure by vendors such as firewall, server, hardware, etc. through Proof of Concept (POC), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Stress Test to ensure network security and infrastructure utilization according to the specification required.
6. Maintain and monitor security logs review such as web filtering, IPS, antivirus by network monitoring system.
7. Maintain and monitor software and software such as modem, router, switch, firewall, load balancer and domain hosting by network monitoring system to make sure networking run smoothly and communicate via VPN between branches.
8. Maintain and monitor backup all network devices and servers through network and replication at DR by Network Access Storage (NAS) and Replication Data to avoid data lost and fast recovery.
9. Maintain and monitor CCTV, PABX, Thumbprint access, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) by scheduling exercise to prevent infrastructure communication problems.
10. Maintain and update infrastructure hardware asset by updating the latest data in Asset Listing System to ensure all the hardware is not obsolete.
11. Prepare, analyze and monitor KOPETRO and subsidiaries network and security report such as syslog, server and hardware health-check to ensure timely update to the management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma @ Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Network Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field
