Job Descriptions:
Provide financial management or relevant scope of works of a finance nature.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Finance / Account Officer or similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of working within a account department.
- Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Computer literate with experience of using QuickBooks will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of financial regulations, auditing, compliance, internal control, taxation, GST compliance and ISO procedure
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Sharp time management skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set accounting & monthly reporting by company accounting system
- Perform internet banking & monthly bank reconciliation.
- GST filing.
- Make and track payments with vendors & agents.
- Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
- Prepare Accounts Payable aging & periodic reconciliation of vendors’ statement of accounts.
- Assist in year-end audit & preparing of audit schedules.
