- Assisting Sales Secretary with daily administrative related work.
- Handling general secretarial work.
- Maintain filing system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access and retrieval.
- Liaise with external parties in terms of answering calls, taking messages, screening phone calls and furnishing information where possible.
- Involve in purchasing and project management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
- Knowledge in customer service and import procedures would be added advantage.
- Required skill(s): secretarial administration, sales administration, purchasing, computer application knowledge.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tactful and discreet in dealing with confidential information.
- Assertive, conscientious, team player, responsible, collected individual that is able to work well under pressure.
