Job Responsibilities :
- Implementing or extending one of the core networking features.
- Design core network services solution, guidance and security policies.
- Install, configure and manage core network equipment.
- Install, configure, manage data center network switches and routers infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and manage advanced wireless infrastructure.
- Resolve all core network service remedy tickets.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve core network services problems, using available tools.
- Perform patch management for core network services devices.
- Ensure all equipment/devices are maintained on configuration control.
- Create and update documentation including standard operating procedure, network documentation, and diagrams.
- Perform daily health checks and monitoring for the core network service infrastructure.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another relevant field.
- Minimum CGPA 3.0.
- Possess knowledge and proven experience in relevant field.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Malaysian Citizen.
